Camping hope for music festival

Jersey Live music festival could allow camping for the first time at the event in 2009.

Organisers have had trouble persuading local authorities to allow them to set up camping fields at the Trinity site.

But camping is already allowed at a similar event in Guernsey and Jersey organisers hope to emulate the success of that scheme.

They say camping will make the festival more attractive by cutting the cost of taxis and hotels.
