Bra dash in aid of cancer charity

A bra dash through the streets of Jersey has raised £8,000 for the charity After Breast Cancer Support.

The event, which took place last month, raised funds via sponsorship and street collections on the day.

It was the third year islanders had donned their bras and paraded through the streets of St Helier.

The prize for best bra was won by Graeme Douglas from New Business. All prize winners donated their awards to the charity.

After Breast Cancer Support promotes awareness of the illness and provides support and friendship for patients and their families.
