Zero tolerance over school buses
Jersey's Transport Minister has said he is taking a zero tolerance approach to antisocial behaviour and racist taunts on the island's school buses.

A number of Connex buses had to be cleaned and repaired after five incidents last week.

Deputy Guy de Faye said some services could stop altogether if behaviour on the buses from the new Liberation Station did not improve.

Individual children responsible also face being banned from bus travel.

Mr de Faye said he was working with the police and schools to prevent specific types of vandalism.
