People in St Clement are celebrating after their float won the top prize in Jersey's Battle of Flowers for the second time in two years.
The 56th Battle of Flowers got under way on Thursday afternoon
The African themed Baobob won the Prix D'Honneur. It featured animals and plants, representing the Tree of Life.
The 56th Jersey Battle of Flowers got under way on Thursday with Lieutenant Governor General Andrew Ridgeway starting proceedings.
More than 8,000 people paid to see the annual show at the Lower Park.
The event's origins lie in celebrations to mark the coronation of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra in 1902.
Former England rugby scrum half, Kyran Bracken, was named Mr Battle.
The event regularly attracts about 30,000 people each year.
