Island may see time trial return
Tour de Bretagne cyclists
Many roads were closed for the event
The professional cycle race which brought traffic chaos to Jersey last month could return to the island in three years.

Victoria Avenue was closed for the time trial stage of the Tour de Bretagne, causing long tailbacks.

Mike Tait from Jersey Tourism said next time more would be done to make sure disruption was kept to a minimum.

He said the event, which cost around £17,000 to stage, was a huge success and helped promote the island.
