Driver left scene after collision

A driver of a Ford Escort involved in a collision left the scene without stopping to speak to the other driver, Jersey Police said.

The collision on Plat Douet Road, adjacent to Checkers supermarket, in St Saviour happened at 2025 BST on Sunday.

The offside wing mirror of the grey Peugeot was smashed in the collision with the dark-coloured Escort.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision has been urged to contact police or Crimestoppers.
