Complaints over parish dog mess
A Jersey parish hall is reminding dog owners to take their bags of dog mess with them while walking their pets.

There have been a number of complaints that numerous bags full of dog excrement are being found on roads and in hedges in St Ouen.

The problem is particularly bad in La Verte Rue, Leoville and the lanes in Vinchelez.

The Constable is urging dog owners to be more responsible and take it home with them.
