Two honours for Jersey residents
Two Jersey residents have been recognised with MBEs in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.

Andrew Green, chairman of Headway, is made an MBE for his services to the community in the island.

The charity raises awareness about, and money for, people who have suffered brain injuries.

David Thompson, head coach of the Leonis Amateur Boxing Club, is also made an MBE for his services to young people in the island.
