Children get new school building
Children at a Jersey school are moving into a new building.

Work began on the 14.5m development at Le Rocquier School two years ago. It includes a new drama studio and an area for Information Technology.

The move was supposed to be during the Christmas break, but it was put back to the recent half-term when students had an extended holiday.

The old building will be demolished in March and used as a playground and turning area for school buses.

On Wednesday, the school will be open for students in Year 11 and Year Seven only. The school will be open for all students on Thursday.
