Jersey's Family Nursing and Homecare Service is thanking people in the island who volunteered to help out with its regular baby clinics.
Family Nursing and Home Care had appealed for people to work with its health visitors, welcoming parents and weighing babies.
The two-hour clinics are held in most parish halls, churches and voluntary agencies from Monday to Saturday.
Applicants will be screened over the coming weeks.
Family Nursing and Homecare says the response to its call has meant its Minden Place baby clinic can continue operating its regular opening hours.
Babies can be immunised, and have their speech and hearing checked at the clinic and mothers can also get professional advice on weaning, breastfeeding and post natal depression.
The manager Karen Huchet says she is "delighted" with the response.
