Jersey Gas promise no prices rise
Jersey Gas is insisting it will not be putting up its prices, despite the recent cold weather.

There have been concerns in the UK about a shortage of wholesale supplies this winter.

However, Bob Staddon from Jersey Gas says because the island gets its gas from other sources, there is no immediate concern.

He did admit the firm will be reviewing prices sooner than anticipated. They last went up by 4.5% in September.
