Prestigious award for restaurant
Bohemia is also featured in the 2005 AA Restaurant Guide
A restaurant in Jersey has been awarded a coveted Michelin star.

Bohemia Bar and Restaurant in Green Street, St Helier is given the award in the latest Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland.

Bohemia, which opened less than two years ago, is the only establishment in the island with the prestigious star.

The award recognises high quality in food and value and is the first of its kind for the restaurant and its chef, Shaun Rankin.

He said: "This is a joyous occasion. We've been working so hard towards this for the last two years and it is fantastic to get recognition of this calibre for our efforts."

Bohemia has also been awarded 3 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence in the 2005 AA Restaurant Guide.
