Presses stop for free newspaper
The free Jersey newspaper, Metro, is no longer being published.

The Guiton Group says a lack advertising revenue for the paper is one of the main reasons.

The managing Director of the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) says resources will be concentrated on the main title, with elements of the Metro incorporated.

Jerry Ramsden says the Metro was an experimental title and although it was popular with readers, advertisers were less responsive.
