Guernsey's Appeal Court upheld the original fishing limit

Guernsey has won the right to restrict fishing in Bailiwick waters within a 12 mile limit after a court ruling.
Last year the licensing scheme was ruled unlawful by Jersey's Royal Court following a legal challenge by a group of Jersey fishermen.
Since then the two islands have been working to produce an agreement for reciprocal access.
But Guernsey lodged a counter appeal and on Tuesday Guernsey's Appeal Court upheld the original fishing limit.
