Golf course new club house opens

Meadows Pavilion
The Meadows Pavilion will be open to the public

Douglas Golf Course's new 1.6m club house has opened.

The Meadows Pavilion was officially opened by the Mayor of Douglas, Dot Pitts, who said it was "a building of which we can all be proud".

Work on the building began in the summer last year after the Isle of Man Golf Championship.

The Pavilion will also be open to the general public and club members as a restaurant and bar. A function room is also available.
