Manx Grand Prix races rescheduled

The course roads will be opened for motorists

The final day of Manx Grand Prix racing has been postponed until Saturday, organisers have confirmed..

Adverse weather conditions mean the Lightweight and Ultra-lightweight races and the Senior event were called off.

It was later announced that Saturday's racing will go ahead with the senior event first followed by the Ultra-lightweight and Lightweight races.

Roads on the Mountain Course, which have been closed during the competition, will open for motorists.

Officials are looking for people to take on marshalling duties.
