Halloween request to youngsters
Police on the Isle of Man are appealing to youngsters not to use Halloween as an excuse to behave anti-socially.

Eight complaints have been received already, most of them involving eggs, flour and mud being thrown at properties on the island.

Police say they have found children as young as 10 and 11 years wandering the streets late at night.

They say they want youngsters to have a good time at Halloween, but are asking them to respect the rights of others.
