Mr Leece farms at Lhergy Dhoo on the island
A Limousin Heifer has been named as the Supreme Champion at the Southern Agricultural Show on the Isle of Man.

The Heifer is owned by Brian Leece who farms at Lhergy Dhoo. He also won the Supreme Champion title at the Royal Manx Show last year.

After the result was announced he said it was "unbelievable" and he was "a very proud man".

The First Reserve in the competition was named as a five-year-old Hereford Bull owned by Derek Standing.

The Southern Agricultural Show is an annual event, held at Great Meadow in Malew, near Castletown.
