Bee Gee break-in is investigated
Robin Gibb
Robin Gibb was born on the Isle of Man
A break-in at the Manx home of Bee Gee Robin Gibb is being investigated by the Isle of Man Constabulary.

An intruder broke into the house at about 0100 BST on Sunday, hours after Mr Gibb performed at the Peel Bay Festival, officers said.

Several people had reportedly driven into the grounds through a de-activated security gate.

A man then climbed in through a window and began shouting but left when the police were called.

It is believed Mr Gibb had already left the island to go to a concert in Germany but his family were in the house at the time.

Several people have been arrested but no charges have been made.
