Family tribute to Nimrod victim
Flt Lt Allan James Squires
Flt Lt Squires' parents live in Colby
The parents of one of the RAF Kinloss airmen who died in a Nimrod crash in Afghanistan have paid tribute to their son.

Flt Lt Allan James Squires, originally from Clatterbridge, Wirral, was one of 14 servicemen killed on Saturday.

His family, who live in Colby on the Isle of Man, have said that the death of Flt Lt Squires was a great loss and he would be sadly missed.

The Nimrod MR2 crash killed 12 RAF personnel a Royal Marine and a soldier.
