A charity abseil has raised more than £21,000 for the Isle of Man Children's Centre, it has been revealed.
Ninety-one volunteers braved The Cregneash Chasms on 6 August to raise money for the Douglas centre.
A party was held to celebrate the achievement on Sunday evening. Organisers say the final figure is likely to rise.
Simone Rogers, of the children's centre, said she was delighted with the amount of money raised.
She said: "They must just have all had such a good feeling that they collectively raised that amount of money.
"Ninety-one people doing that is just something - I'm amazed and so proud of all of them."
