Views sought on plans for skate park in Guernsey

People in Guernsey have been invited to give their suggestions for designs for a new skate park in the island.

A £200,000 facility to be sited at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre was approved by the States last month following years of campaigning by islanders.

Designers from the UK held a workshop at the centre to hear views of people who would use the park so they could be incorporated into the final plans.

The workshop was held from 1100 GMT to 1500 GMT on Saturday.
