Deadlines are looming for those sending Christmas gifts overseas

Guernsey residents are being reminded that deadlines are looming for those wishing to send parcels abroad in time for Christmas.

The last date for packages destined for Eastern Europe and Russia is Friday.

Gifts for Australasia, the Far East and Middle East, Central and South America, the Caribbean, South Africa and Asia must be sent by 25 November.

Parcels for North American, Western and Northern Europe, Hong Kong and Iceland should be sent by 4 December.
