Five get treatment for swine flu

The number of cases of swine flu in the Bailiwick has risen to five.

The latest confirmed case in Guernsey brings the total there to four, with a fifth in Sark.

Two of the cases were likely to have been infected while abroad. Another suspected case was still being tested, health chiefs said.

Officials said patients reported mild to moderate sickness. Some had not required anti-viral drugs and became better when they were diagnosed.
