Skaters drop in on new fun park

Guernsey's new skate park was officially opened on Sunday.

Building began a few weeks ago, in what Culture Minister Mike O'Hara called a "real community effort" to bring the project to life.

Local companies have donated their time, expertise and products for the ramps on the Island Bowl site.

All those involved, as well as politicians, were invited to the opening where skaters showed off their skills.
