Study to identify housing needs
Alderney residents are being encouraged to take part in a survey to identify the island's housing needs.

The States is carrying out the research because of a recent rise in property prices and the shortage of land to build on.

A questionnaire is being sent to every household and the results will be used to inform future building developments.

The findings will also determine what sort of properties are needed on the island over the coming years.
