Tax relief plans upset landlords
Guernsey's landlords say they are disappointed their views have not been listened to over proposed tax relief changes on property repairs.

Currently landlords do not pay tax on 25% of rental incomes to help them cover the cost of repairs.

However this could be reduced by as much as 15% if proposed changes are agreed by States deputies.

The Private Residential Landlord's Association says their concerns have not been taken on board.

No-one from the States was available to comment.
