Protesters call for sewage plant
Campaigners are staging a protest in Guernsey, blaming the States for "fudging" plans to build a sewage treatment plant.

The island's waste is currently pumped out to sea at Belle Greve.

Environmental group Surfers against Sewage is demanding full sewage treatment locally.

The Public Services Department, which is responsible for managing the island's liquid waste, has put a series of options to politicians.
