Talks are continuing to resolve a dispute between workers and bosses at Guernsey's Dairy.
Staff held a one-day strike two weeks ago to highlight concerns over plans to reduce their hours and wages.
They walked out over plans to stop milk packaging on Sundays which would mean pay cuts of up to £60 a week.
The Dairy Board claims efficiencies are needed to maintain financial viability. Employees say other ways of saving money should be explored first.
