Priaulx set for stamp of success

Andy Priaulx: World Touring Car Champion 2005

A Guernsey motorsport champion will feature in a new set of stamps on the island next year.

Andy Priaulx, 31, started his career by winning the British Hill Climb title in 1995, and last month became the World Touring Car Champion.

The special issue of stamps celebrating Priaulx's achievements should be out early next year and are currently awaiting Royal approval.

Priaulx is hoping for a seat as a Williams Formula One test driver.
