States urged to act on pensions
There are calls for the States to protect existing employees from cuts to their pensions amid fears that the scheme faces a financial crisis.

A review has been announced after it emerged that an extra £18m would need to be put into the super-annuation fund every year to sustain it.

Commerce and Employment Minister Stuart Falla believes the States has to honour commitments it has already made.

Deputy Tom Le Pelley said that staff should be rewarded for their loyalty.
