In pictures: Hungary celebrates 1,000 years
Hungarians have turned out in their thousands to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of their country's birth. To crown the event, founding monarch King Stephen received an Orthodox sainthood 900 years after getting the same honour from the Roman Catholic Church.
