Lib-Lab coalition 'bad for the country'

Former cabinet minister John Reid has said that a coalition between Labour and the Liberal Democrats would be "disastrous" for the Labour party, seen by the voters as "hanging on" to power.

Mr Reid also questions how the new leader of the party would deal with a coalition negotiated by the outgoing Gordon Brown.
