Scotland's biggest airline, FlyGlobespan, has been placed in administration after attempts to find a new investor fell through.

All scheduled flights will cease from Wednesday evening.

The BBC's Scotland correspondent, Lorna Gordon explains how the airline got into difficulty and what this all means for its staff.
