Stakes high as climate talks loom in Copenhagen

The long awaited UN conference trying to agree curbs on greenhouse gas emissions opens in Copenhagen on Monday.

The two weeks of talks will end with 105 world leaders gathering to do a deal.

Experts say new targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions are needed to avoid dangerous global temperature rises.
