'Good progress' in Karabakh talks

Azeri and Armenian leaders have made important progress in talks on disputed Nagorno-Karabakh, a mediator says.

But Bernard Fassier, of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, said "some difficulties" had been identified. Russell Trott reports.
