Azerbaijan warning ahead of talks

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has warned Armenia that he will use force to regain control of the disputed enclave of Nagorno Karabakh, if internationally mediated talks on Sunday fail to produce results.

He said the talks were the last chance to settle the issue peacefully.
