Ruling party claims Kosovo poll

Kosovo's ruling PKD coalition has claimed victory in the country's first elections since it declared independence from Serbia last year.

Turnout among minority Serbs was higher than expected in some areas, but no polling took place in the Serb strongholds of the country's far north.

Mark Lowen reports from Pristina.
