CIA guilty in Italy rendition case

An Italian court has convicted 23 US officials in absentia of kidnapping an Egyptian cleric under the process of extraordinary rendition.

Abu Omar - whose real name is Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr - was kidnapped on a Milan street in 2003, and taken to another country, where he says he was tortured.

Duncan Kennedy reports from Rome.
