Miliband in Russia to repair ties

UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband is in Moscow to meet his counterpart Sergei Lavrov.

It is the highest-level visit by a British minister since relations deteriorated three years ago, after a former Russian intelligence agent, Alexander Litvinenko, was poisoned in London.
