Brown on Europe's 'bold' climate plans

UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown has said European leaders are willing to pay their "fair share" towards helping developing nations combat global warming.

Speaking after talks in Brussels ahead of December's global summit, he said they had agreed a total of a 100bn euros a year would be needed by those countries.
