Thousands of men and boys died in Srebrenica in 1995
Police in Bosnia have arrested three former Serb policemen suspected of committing genocide in the Bosnian war.
According to police reports, the three men were among the Bosnian Serb forces who overran the UN-protected enclave of Srebrenica in July 1995.
They then allegedly took part in the execution of some 8,000 Muslims.
It is the only episode of the Bosnian war that has been ruled a genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has also classified it as genocide.
The police report gave only the initials of the three arrested men. Bosnian television later identified them as Dusko Jelic, 54, Zoran Ilic, 43, and Mendeljev Djuric, 49.
