UN chief's plea on Arctic climate mission

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has called on world leaders to take steps on carbon emissions when they hold climate talks in December.

Mr Ban is on a trip to the Arctic Circle to see for himself the melting polar ice cap.

Barbara Plett reports from Norway, where she is travelling with the UN chief.
