Missing ship 'found' off Africa

A missing merchant ship with 15 Russian crew members on board has reportedly been spotted off the coast of West Africa.

But a Russian envoy has cast doubts on whether the ship off Cape Verde is the Arctic Sea, which was last sighted in the Bay of Biscay on 30 July.
