Nato and Russia renew military ties

Russia and Nato have agreed to resume military co-operation, after nearly a year of difficult relations that followed Russia's conflict with Georgia.

Nato's Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said cooperation would resume on Afghanistan, fighting drugs, trafficking and piracy.
