Scientology on trial in France

The French branch of the Church of Scientology has gone on trial in Paris, accused of organised fraud.

The charges stem from a complaint by a woman who claims she was forced to pay large sums of money after being offered a free personality test.

The church argues it is not responsible for actions by its individual members.

Jane-Frances Kelly reports.
