Tools that save quake victims

British-based agency, International Rescue has placed an offer of assistance with the Italian government and is on standby to fly out and help victims of the Italian quake which is said to have flattened whole towns, killing many people.

The BBC's Ray Buchanan looks at the technology used to help locate trapped people at a specialist rescue organisation in the UK.
