Call for developing world food aid

The managing director of the World Bank, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has urged rich countries to invest in the agriculture of developing world in order to head off mass hunger.

Poor harvests, changing diets and a drive for biofuels have pushed global food prices up.

David Loyn reports.
