European art causes controversy

An art installation at the European Union Council building in Brussels, which is meant to poke fun at European stereotypes, is proving to be highly controversial.

The artwork, depicting the 27 EU countries, was commissioned by the Czech government, to coincide with their EU presidency. However it has left many people questioning, is it art?

Mark Mardell reports.
