Turkish human rights warning

Reforms passed five years ago as part of Turkey's push to join the EU led to a sharp fall in allegations of torture and ill treatment by police and prison officers.

But a report released by Human Rights Watch warns that the trend is reversing. Sarah Rainsford reports from Istanbul.
